By train (MRT) - Operates from 6.00 AM to 12.00 AM daily: Board the train at Changi Airport Station (CG2 -Terminal 2) and alight at Aljunied MRT Station (EW9). By taxi - The journey is about 20 minutes and costs about S$15 per trip (excluding midnight surcharge from 12.00 PM to 6.00 AM).

For bookings made for stays during the Formula One period (24-27 September 2009), the hotel requires guests to make a full payment upon check-in at the hotel.
